Welcome to Crafted Coin Rings
I am sorry to say I rarely craft heirloom coins, I have made a few exceptions but generally speaking heirloom coins have a value that is beyond money and if something goes wrong during the crafting process there is no way to replace the emotional value of the coin.
What is important is that a client understands that older coin can have air pockets or other micro defects in the metal that could result in the coin ring splitting and even exploding during the process. I will do everything I can as a Artisan to reduce the chance of this happening, but that possibility always remains with any coin.
Basic Coin Ring Information
I do not currently offer to resize other people's rings or other manufactures. If I am making a custom coin ring and something goes wrong, I am out the cost of the coin. That is a risk I am willing to take. But if I am resizing someone's ring and something goes wrong, it is not worth the inherient risk.
I would be willing to resize one of my own crafted coin rings, you can contact me about details.

My name is Jason Carnes and I am a Tamarack Artisan. I craft beautiful coin rings from precious coins. The above coin ring is a 1930 Swiss Franc 20 that is 21.6 karats (90%) gold.
I decided to build this website because I get lots of request and questions related to the coin rings I craft. Feel free to view my portfolio as it showcases some of my work I've done over the years.
I do not typically keep a large stock of rings or coins on hand so any request for a commission could take 2-3 weeks to complete. If you see a coin ring you like, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Because my craft revolves around precious metals, pricing can vary over time because of the value of gold and silver. The majority of my coin rings are sold at Tamarack, but I do accept commissioned request if your looking for something unique or if it isn't pratical for you to visit Tamarack.
